네이버의 중고거래 플랫폼 ’N플리마켓’에서 개인끼리 거래할 때도 신용카드로 결제할 수 있게 됩니다. 금융위원회는 10월 7일 정례회의에서 네이버파이낸셜의 ’개인 간 중고거래 신용카드 안전결제 서비스’를 혁신금융서비스로 지정했습니다. 구매자가 신용카드로 돈을 내면, 구매를 확정한 뒤에 판매자에게 돈이 지급됩니다. 판매자가 개인이라는 점을 고려해, 상호나 주소 대신 채팅이나 안심번호로 연락할 수 있게 했습니다. 구매자가 카드로 결제할 수 있는 금액은 1회 150만 원 미만 등으로 제한됩니다. 이날 새로 지정된 혁신금융서비스는 모두 24건입니다.
Translation
On Naver's secondhand trading platform 'N플리마켓', people will be able to pay by credit card even when trading with each other as individuals. At its regular meeting on October 7, 금융위원회 (the Financial Services Commission) designated Naver Financial's 'credit card safe-payment service for secondhand trades between individuals' as an innovative financial service. When a buyer pays by credit card, the money is paid to the seller after the buyer confirms the purchase. Because the sellers are individuals, the service can offer a chat channel or a safe (masked) phone number for contacting them instead of a business name and address. The amount a buyer can pay by card is limited, for example to under 1.5 million won per payment. Twenty-four innovative financial services were newly designated that day.
