Translation

The AI machine vision cameras installed on part of the packing line at the 한독 음성 plant, which makes 케토톱, photograph a product and then judge whether it is defective, working from the data they have learned. Solar panels totalling 2 MW are installed on the plant's roofs, its car park and the stand by its sports ground. About 16% of the electricity the plant uses is covered by that solar generation. 한독 has been standardising the format and the criteria of the data coming out of its production equipment and its various systems since 2019, and building and standardising that data infrastructure alone took five to six years. Last year 한독's contract manufacturing revenue was about 40 billion won, up 13% on the year before, and contract work now accounts for about 40% of everything the plant makes in solid dose form. Over the past two years 한독 has been selected for five government programmes, among them a smart eco-factory scheme, an autonomous factory scheme and one for manufacturing innovation using robots, securing 5.983 billion won in state funding.

바탕 is 'a base' or 'a ground', so N을/를 바탕으로 means the thing that something else is built on or judged from. It is common in writing about research, policy and, as here, machines that decide from data. The noun before it is what you start from, never what you produce.

-는 데만just to do it (took), for the doing alone

데 here is a bound noun meaning 'the doing of it' rather than a place, and -만 restricts it: '(for) that alone'. It is how Korean says a cost or a duration applies to one part of a job, implying the rest is extra. Note that 데 is written apart from the verb, unlike the -는데 that means 'but'.

이르다 means 'to arrive at', and with a number it says a figure reaches that level. Careful: there is a separate 이르다 meaning 'early', and a third meaning 'to tell' — only context separates them.
