10월 7일 오후, 경기 용인시의 한 산 근처에서 “곰 같은 동물이 있다”는 신고가 들어왔습니다. 용인시는 오후 6시 23분쯤 주민들에게 조심하라는 재난문자를 보냈습니다. 근처 농장에서 키우는 곰 11마리는 모두 농장 안에 있었습니다. 신고한 사람은 나중에 “염소인 것 같다”며 말을 바꿨습니다. 이 농장에서는 2021년에 진짜로 곰이 탈출한 적이 있습니다. 용인시는 해가 질 때까지 찾아본 뒤, 잘못 본 것일 가능성이 높다며 수색을 멈췄습니다.
Translation
On the afternoon of October 7, a report came in that there seemed to be 'an animal like a bear' near a hill in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. At around 6:23 p.m., Yongin sent residents an emergency text message telling them to be careful. All 11 bears kept on a nearby farm were still inside the farm. The person who made the report later changed their story, saying, 'I think it was a goat.' A bear really did escape from this farm in 2021. Yongin searched the area until sunset, then stopped the search, saying it was likely a mistaken sighting.
