순천상공회의소가 최근 순천 지역 주요 기업체 122곳을 대상으로 올해 추석 휴무 기간과 상여금 지급 현황을 조사했습니다. 조사 결과 109개사, 89.3%가 4일간 휴무할 예정입니다. 운수와 레저스포츠 등의 업종은 별도 휴무 없이 정상 영업하거나 1~2일만 쉽니다. 조사에 참여한 기업 중 58%는 추석 상여금을 따로 지급할 예정이고, 42%는 지급 계획이 없거나 아직 정해지지 않았습니다. 상여금을 주는 기업 중에서는 금일봉 형태로 일정 금액을 주는 곳이 30.3%로 가장 많았고, 평균 금액은 57만 1천 원입니다.

The 순천상공회의소 recently surveyed 122 major companies in the 순천 area about their holiday closing period and bonus payments for 추석 this year. According to the results, 109 companies, or 89.3 percent, plan to close for four days. Businesses in sectors such as transport and leisure sports will open as usual with no separate holiday, or close for only one or two days. Of the companies that took part in the survey, 58 percent plan to pay a separate 추석 bonus, while 42 percent have no plan to pay one or have not yet decided.
