8월 28일부터 주차장 규칙이 바뀝니다. 주차장 출입구를 막고 차를 세우면 안 됩니다. 이런 차는 견인될 수 있습니다. 과태료도 최대 500만 원까지 내야 합니다. 차가 고장 나서 잠깐 세울 때는 비상등을 켜고 연락처를 남기면 됩니다.
Translation
From August 28, the parking lot rules change. You must not park your car in a way that blocks a parking lot entrance. A car like that can be towed away. You also have to pay a fine of up to 5 million won. If your car breaks down and you stop for a moment, it is fine to turn on your hazard lights and leave your contact number.
