9월 29일부터 동네의원에서 질병 치료뿐 아니라 예방과 건강관리, 돌봄 연계까지 받을 수 있는 ’지역사회 일차의료 혁신 시범사업’이 시작됩니다. 보건복지부는 이 사업을 약 3년 동안 시행합니다. 신청한 674개 기관 가운데 120개 의원이 선정됐습니다. 대상은 통합적인 관리가 많이 필요한 50세 이상 지역 주민이며, 참여하는 동네의원에 등록할 수 있습니다. 의사, 간호사, 영양사 등으로 이루어진 팀이 건강검진 결과를 관리하고 운동·식이·복약 상담을 해 줍니다. 등록한 환자는 전과 같은 수준의 본인부담금만 내면 되고, 추가 비용은 없습니다.

From 29 September, a 'community primary care innovation pilot' begins, under which neighbourhood clinics offer not only treatment for illness but also prevention, health management and links to care services. The Ministry of Health and Welfare will run the pilot for about three years. Out of 674 institutions that applied, 120 clinics were selected. It is aimed at local residents aged 50 and over who have a high need for integrated care, and they can register at a participating clinic. A team of doctors, nurses, dietitians and others manages their health check-up results and gives advice on exercise, diet and medication. Registered patients only pay the same out-of-pocket charges as before, and there is no extra cost.
