Police have referred two people held responsible to prosecutors over the collapse of a large inflatable at a water play area in 군포시, 경기. On August 12 군포경찰서 referred a 군포시청 official and the head of a safety management company on a charge of causing injury through occupational negligence, without detaining them. 불구속 송치 means sending only the case on to the prosecutors, without locking the person up. Police judged that the two had failed in their safety management duties, including not training the on-site safety staff properly.
