한국은행이 7월 28일 소비자심리지수를 발표했습니다. 이번 달 지수는 106.8로 지난달보다 0.2포인트 올랐습니다. 5월과 6월에 이어 석 달째 지수가 100을 넘었습니다. 집값이 오를 것이라고 생각하는 사람도 많아졌습니다. 주택가격전망지수는 127로, 2021년 9월 이후 가장 높습니다. 주가는 떨어지고 물가는 올랐지만, 반도체 수출이 잘되고 월급이 오를 거라는 기대 때문에 심리가 좋아졌습니다. 하지만 가계부채지수도 100으로 2025년 4월 이후 가장 높아서, 빚 걱정도 커졌습니다.
Translation
The Bank of Korea released the Consumer Sentiment Index (CCSI) on July 28. This month's index is 106.8, up 0.2 points from last month. Following May and June, the index has now stayed above 100 for three months in a row. More people also think housing prices will rise. The housing price outlook index is 127, the highest since September 2021. Stock prices fell and consumer prices rose, but strong semiconductor exports and expectations of higher wages improved people's overall sentiment. However, the household debt index also reached 100, the highest since April 2025, so worries about household debt have grown as well.
