국가유산청은 추석 연휴인 9월 24일부터 27일까지 나흘 동안 4대궁(경복궁·창덕궁·덕수궁·창경궁)과 종묘, 조선왕릉을 무료로 개방합니다. 다만 창덕궁 후원은 무료 개방에서 빠집니다. 평소에는 예약을 해야 들어갈 수 있는 종묘도 이 기간에는 예약 없이 볼 수 있습니다. 경복궁에서는 오전 10시와 오후 2시에 수문장 교대의식을 예약 없이 볼 수 있습니다. 9월 19일 오후 1시에는 전북 전주시 국립무형유산원에서 ‘2026 추석맞이 민속놀이터’ 행사가 열립니다.
Translation
The Korea Heritage Service will open the four main palaces (Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Deoksugung and Changgyeonggung), Jongmyo Shrine and the Joseon royal tombs free of charge for four days over the Chuseok holiday, from 24 to 27 September. The Secret Garden (후원) of Changdeokgung, however, is not included in the free admission. Jongmyo, which normally requires a reservation to enter, can be visited without one during this period. At Gyeongbokgung, the changing of the royal guard ceremony can be watched without a reservation at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. On 19 September at 1 p.m., the National Intangible Heritage Center in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, will hold a '2026 Chuseok folk games playground' event.
