Translation
A shark that appeared in the waterway of the North Port Waterfront Park in Busan on 18 September has been cruising there for a third day, and the park has become a 'nationwide shark attraction'. The shark spotted on the 18th is 3 to 4 metres long, and another sighting was reported to the authorities at about 1:05 p.m. on the 19th. It is thought to be a copper shark (무태상어), a member of the requiem shark family. According to the National Institute of Fisheries Science, the species lives in subtropical waters off Korea and in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Oceans, and as sea temperatures rise it is now seen from time to time along the Korean coast. Busan City sent out a safety text asking walkers and nearby residents to take care, and the Coast Guard tried to steer the shark out to open sea, but out of concern that it might turn aggressive it is now watching and waiting for the shark to leave on its own. With people crowding in all day to see it, Mayor 전재수 wrote on social media that warm-water fish have gathered in the port because of climate change and the shark presumably came looking for food, and urged citizens to visit the North Port more often.

-(으)ㄴ 것으로 추정되다 gives a cautious inference, and -다며 (from -다고 하며) reports it as someone's words while the sentence continues: 먹이를 찾아 온 것으로 추정된다며 … 썼다, wrote that it presumably came looking for food and …. It lets a report quote a guess as a guess.
