서울시는 9월 24일부터 27일까지 시민들이 증상과 상황에 맞는 의료기관을 이용할 수 있도록 비상의료체계를 가동합니다. 연휴 기간 전체로는 ‘문 여는 병의원·약국’ 6189개소, 하루 평균 1547개소(병의원 642개소, 약국 905개소)가 운영될 예정입니다. 연휴에 병의원과 약국이 문을 열면 의료 이용 불편이 줄고, 경증 환자가 분산돼 응급실 과밀화도 막을 수 있습니다. 응급실은 추석 연휴에도 평소처럼 24시간 가동되는데, 서울대학교병원 등 권역·지역응급의료센터 31개소, 서남병원 등 지역응급의료기관 20개소, 응급실 운영 병원 23개소 등 모두 74개소입니다. 아이를 위해서는 ‘우리아이 안심병원’ 8개소와 ‘우리아이 전문응급센터’ 3개소가 24시간 운영되고, 경증 소아환자는 ‘우리아이 안심의원’ 10개소와 ‘달빛어린이병원’ 21개소에서 외래진료를 받을 수 있습니다. 가벼운 증상으로 약이 필요하면 편의점 등 안전상비의약품 판매업소 6926개소에서 소화제·해열진통제·감기약·파스 등 13개 품목을 살 수 있고, 자세한 정보는 모바일 앱 ’손목닥터 9988’과 ’응급의료정보제공(e-gen)’에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Seoul is running an emergency medical system from 24 to 27 September so that residents can use the right medical institution for their symptoms and situation. Across the holiday it has designated 6,189 'open clinics and pharmacies' in total, an average of 1,547 a day (642 clinics and 905 pharmacies). Opening clinics and pharmacies over the holiday reduces the inconvenience of getting care and spreads out mild cases, preventing emergency rooms from becoming overcrowded. Emergency rooms run 24 hours as usual: 31 regional and local emergency medical centres including Seoul National University Hospital, 20 local emergency medical institutions including Seonam Hospital, and 23 hospitals operating emergency rooms — 74 in all. For children, 8 'Uri Ai Ansim' hospitals and 3 specialist paediatric emergency centres are open around the clock, while mild paediatric cases can be seen at 10 'Uri Ai Ansim' clinics and 21 'Moonlight Children's Hospitals'. For minor symptoms needing medicine, 6,926 shops licensed to sell safety staple medicines, such as convenience stores, carry 13 items including digestive medicine, fever and pain relief, cold medicine and plasters.
