Korea's women's volleyball team beat Hong Kong 3-0 (25-13, 30-28, 25-13) in the third-place match of the 2026 East Asian Women's Volleyball Championship, held on August 16 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong. Korea, ranked 27th in the world, beat Mongolia and then Hong Kong in the group stage to reach the semi-finals as winners of Group A. They lost 0-3 to Japan in the semi-final and so missed the final, then met Hong Kong again in the third-place match and won.
