Hair-Mask Searches Rose 68% in Olive Young's Sale, With Sanrio and Hello Kitty in the Top Three

CJ올리브영이 8월 30일부터 9월 5일까지 열린 정기 할인 행사 ’올영세일’의 검색·구매 데이터를 분석한 결과를 7일 발표했습니다. 올영세일은 매년 3월, 6월, 9월, 12월에 열립니다. ‘홈스파’ 트렌드에 따라, 세일 기간 온라인몰에서 헤어팩 검색량은 지난해 같은 기간보다 68%, 핸드팩 검색량은 69% 늘었습니다. 피지를 흡착해 없애는 ’흡착팩’의 검색량은 약 5배, 열을 이용하는 ’온열팩’은 2배 이상 늘었습니다. 캐릭터 상품도 인기를 끌어, 세일 첫날 온라인몰 인기 검색어 3위권에 ’산리오’와 ’헬로키티’가 올랐습니다. 특히 12개 지역의 헬로키티 디자인을 모은 키링 세트와 충남 공주의 밤을 그린 ’공주 밤빵’의 수요가 높았습니다.

In line with the 'home spa' trend, searches for hair masks in the online store during the sale rose 68% from the same period last year, and searches for hand masks rose 69%. Searches for 'pore masks', which draw out and remove sebum, rose about fivefold, and searches for 'heat masks', which use warmth, more than doubled. Character goods were popular too: on the first day of the sale, 'Sanrio' and 'Hello Kitty' were among the top three search terms in the online store. Demand was especially high for a keyring set gathering Hello Kitty designs from 12 regions, and for '공주 밤빵', a chestnut cake from 공주 in 충남.
