국민연금은 노후에 안정적인 소득을 보장하기 위해 만들어진 제도입니다. 이 제도는 1988년에 시행되었습니다. 한국에서는 만 18세부터 60세 미만까지 대부분의 국민이 국민연금에 의무적으로 가입해야 합니다. 가입자는 매달 정해진 보험료를 내고, 나중에 일정한 나이가 되면 연금을 받을 수 있습니다. 국민연금공단은 보험료를 걷고 모인 기금을 관리합니다. 최근에는 출산율이 낮아지고 고령 인구가 늘어나면서, 국민연금이 앞으로도 안정적으로 운영될 수 있을지에 대한 사회적 논의가 활발해지고 있습니다.
Translation
The National Pension is a system created to guarantee a stable income in old age. This system was implemented in 1988. In Korea, most citizens between the ages of 18 and 60 are required to join the National Pension. Members pay a set premium every month, and once they reach a certain age, they can receive pension payments. The National Pension Service collects these premiums and manages the accumulated fund. Recently, as the birth rate falls and the elderly population grows, there has been growing social debate about whether the National Pension can continue to operate stably in the future.
