Grammar
N에서 N까지
Meaning
BeginnerN eseo N kkaji
Attaches to two nouns (usually places or times) to mean 'from ~ to ~,' showing the starting point and ending point of a range or distance.
Form
Attaches directly to nouns: N1 + 에서 + N2 + 까지. There is no change based on the final consonant. 에서 is more common for places; for time ranges, 부터 (from) is often used instead of 에서 in casual speech, though 에서 is also correct, especially in formal or written Korean, as in the examples here.

Common mistakes & nuance
For time ranges specifically, 부터 ~ 까지 is more natural in everyday spoken Korean than 에서 ~ 까지, though both are grammatically correct.
