7월 반도체 수출 역대 최대…무역흑자 122억 달러

7월 들어 20일까지 한국의 수출액이 약 549억 3천만 달러에 달해, 7월 같은 기간 기준으로 역대 최고치를 기록했다. 지난해 같은 기간과 비교하면 52.3% 늘어난 규모다. 무엇보다 반도체 수출의 성장세가 두드러졌는데, 221억 1300만 달러로 180.6%나 급증하며 전체 수출액의 40.3%를 차지했다. 조업일수를 반영해 계산한 하루 평균 수출액 역시 37억 9천만 달러로, 전년 대비 62.9% 늘었다. 같은 기간 무역수지는 122억 1900만 달러 흑자로 집계됐고, 올해 들어 지금까지 누적된 흑자 규모는 약 1,499억 달러에 달한다. 반도체뿐 아니라 석유제품, 컴퓨터 주변기기, 무선통신기기, 선박 등 여러 품목의 수출도 함께 늘어나면서 전체 수출 증가를 이끌었다. 그중에서도 컴퓨터 주변기기 수출은 231.9% 늘어 특히 눈에 띄는 성장을 보였다.

By July 20, Korea's exports for the month had reached about $54.93 billion, a record high for the first 20 days of July. This was a 52.3% increase from the same period last year. Semiconductor exports stood out in particular, surging 180.6% to $22.113 billion and accounting for 40.3% of total exports. The average daily export value, adjusted for the number of working days, also rose 62.9% year-on-year to $3.79 billion. The trade balance for the period came to a surplus of $12.219 billion, and the cumulative trade surplus for the year so far has reached about $149.9 billion. Along with semiconductors, exports of petroleum products, computer peripherals, wireless communication devices, and ships also rose, driving the overall increase in exports. Computer peripheral exports in particular grew sharply, up 231.9%.
