여의도 퐁피두센터 한화, 큐비즘 명작으로 여름 관람객 맞이

여의도 63빌딩 별관에 새로운 미술관이 생겼습니다. 6월 4일, 프랑스 퐁피두센터의 서울 분관인 ’퐁피두센터 한화’가 개관했습니다. 이곳은 스페인 말라가와 중국 상하이에 이어 세계에서 세 번째로 생긴 퐁피두센터 분관입니다. 개관 기념 전시회의 이름은 ’큐비스트: 시각의 혁신가들’이며, 피카소를 비롯한 입체파 화가들의 작품을 볼 수 있습니다. 미술관 로비에서는 레몽 뒤샹비용의 청동 조각 작품 ’큰 말’이 관람객을 맞이합니다. 전시 공간은 각각 약 500평 규모인 큰 전시관 두 곳으로 이루어져 있습니다. 한화문화재단과 파리 퐁피두센터는 앞으로 4년 동안 함께 협력하기로 했습니다.
Translation
A new art museum has opened in the annex of the 63 Building in Yeouido. On June 4, "Centre Pompidou Hanwha," the Seoul branch of France's Centre Pompidou, opened. It is the third Centre Pompidou branch in the world, following Malaga, Spain, and Shanghai, China. The opening exhibition is titled "Cubists: Pioneers of a New Vision," and it features works by Cubist masters including Picasso. In the museum lobby, a bronze sculpture called "The Big Horse" by Raymond Duchamp-Villon greets visitors. The exhibition space consists of two large halls, each about 500 pyeong. The Hanwha Cultural Foundation and the Centre Pompidou in Paris have agreed to cooperate for the next four years.
