오늘은 삼복 중 하나인 중복입니다. 전국 대부분 지역에 폭염특보가 내렸습니다. 낮 최고 기온은 32도에서 37도까지 올라가고, 밤에도 기온이 많이 내려가지 않습니다. 그래서 열대야가 있는 곳이 많습니다. 기상청은 다음 주 초까지 이런 더위가 계속될 것이라고 예상합니다.
Translation
Today is Jungbok, the second of Korea's three hottest days (sambok). Heat wave warnings are in effect in most parts of the country. The highest daytime temperature is climbing to between 32 and 37 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures are not dropping much either. As a result, tropical nights are occurring in many places. The Korea Meteorological Administration expects this heat to continue until early next week.
